Sadece reklamları kaldırabilir miyim?
Evet. “Reklamsız” aylık bir aboneliktir. Yalnızca reklamları kaldırır; temalar ve diğer Plus özellikleri gelmez. Plus aboneliğine geçersen Apple reklamsız aboneliği kapatır ve kalan günlerin ücretini iade eder. Önce reklamsızı alırsan Plus’ın ücretsiz denemesini kullanamazsın. Ömür boyu Plus alırsan reklamsız aboneliği kendin iptal et. İptal: Sundune’da Ayarlar → Sundune Plus → Aboneliği yönet.
Süre bitince alarm çalmıyor.
iPhone Ayarlar → Sundune → Alarmlar ve Sayaçlar iznini aç. Uygulamada Ayarlar → “Alarm gibi çal” açık olmalı. Alarm, iOS 26 ve sonrasında çalışır. Daha eski sürümlerde süre bitince bildirim gelir.
Kilit ekranında sayaç görünmüyor.
iPhone Ayarlar → Sundune → Canlı Etkinlikler’i aç. Sayaç çalışırken kilit ekranında görünür.
Widget’ı nasıl eklerim?
Ana ekranda boş bir yere basılı tut. Sol üstteki “+” düğmesine dokun. Listeden Sundune’u seç ve “Araç Takımını Ekle”ye dokun.
Görev nasıl eklerim?
Ana ekranda dairenin üstündeki “Görev seç” düğmesine dokun. Görevin adını yaz, kaç çalışma süreceğini seç ve “Görevi Ekle”ye dokun.
Süreyi nasıl değiştiririm?
Sayaç dairesine dokun. 15, 25, 45, 50 dakika ya da özel bir süre seç. Mola sürelerini değiştirmek için yeni bir plan oluştur. Kayıtlı bir planı düzenlemek için planı sağa kaydır.
Geçmişimi nasıl silerim?
Alttaki “İstatistik” düğmesi → en alttaki “Geçmişi Sil”. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Verilerim nerede saklanıyor?
Çalışmaların, görevlerin ve çiçeklerin senin cihazında kalır. Sundune Plus’ta iCloud eşitlemesini açarsan bunlar yalnızca senin iCloud alanına da kaydedilir; biz göremeyiz. Ücretsiz sürümde Google reklamları gösterilir; Google reklam için bazı cihaz bilgilerini kullanır. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası‘na bak.
Sundune Plus’ı nasıl iptal ederim?
Cihazının Ayarlar uygulaması → adın (Apple hesabın) → Abonelikler → Sundune → Aboneliği İptal Et. Ya da uygulamada Ayarlar → Sundune Plus → Aboneliği yönet. Denemedeysen, bitmesinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edersen ödeme alınmaz.
İade nasıl istenir?
Ödemeleri Apple alır. İade için reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden Apple’a başvur. Aboneliği iptal edersen, ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar Plus açık kalır.
Plus yeni telefonda görünmüyor.
Aynı Apple hesabıyla giriş yap. Uygulamada Ayarlar → Sundune Plus → “Satın alımları geri yükle”ye dokun.

Frequently asked questions
Can I only remove the ads?
Yes. “Ad-free” is a monthly subscription. It only removes the ads; themes and the other Plus features are not included. If you switch to a Plus subscription, Apple ends the ad-free one and refunds the unused days. If you buy ad-free first, you can’t use the Plus free trial. If you buy lifetime Plus, cancel the ad-free subscription yourself. Cancel: in Sundune, Settings → Sundune Plus → Manage subscription.
The alarm does not ring when time is up.
Open iPhone Settings → Sundune and allow Alarms & Timers. In the app, turn on Settings → “Ring like an alarm”. Alarms work on iOS 26 and later. On older versions, you get a notification.
The timer is not on the lock screen.
Open iPhone Settings → Sundune and turn on Live Activities.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of the home screen. Tap “+”, choose Sundune and tap “Add Widget”.
How do I add a task?
Tap “Choose a task” above the timer. Type a name, choose an estimate and tap “Add Task”.
How do I delete my history?
The “Stats” button at the bottom → “Delete History” at the very end. You cannot undo this.
Where is my data?
Your sessions, tasks and flowers stay on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync with Sundune Plus, they are also saved in your own iCloud; we cannot see them. The free version shows Google ads; Google uses some device data to show them. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel Sundune Plus?
Your device’s Settings app → your name (Apple Account) → Subscriptions → Sundune → Cancel Subscription. Or in the app: Settings → Sundune Plus → Manage subscription. In a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you pay nothing.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments. Ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. After you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Plus does not show on my new phone.
Sign in with the same Apple Account. In the app, open Settings → Sundune Plus and tap “Restore purchases”.
